Know more about

This tour is designed for birdwatching enthusiasts and bird experts. For seven (7) days we will visit some of the most iconic places for birding in Colombia, passing through diverse ecosystems allowing us to observe hundreds of bird species.

In the valley wetlands we will encounter a great variety of aquatic birds, while in the Andean forests we will observe multiple endemic species such as the Multicolored Tanager and the Cauca Guan. In High Andean forests we could see the Golden-headed Quetzal, the Mountain Toucans, and hundreds of hummingbirds. While viewing all these species our guides, either a biologist or ecologist will explain each ecosystem and their characteristics.

In addition, we will engage in typical gastronomic and cultural experiences from the region in order to understand how and why these landscapes became what they are today.
